My poor little Zuna has been battling the nasty poops on and off since I got her, but for the last 3 days it's been on going. I talked to my vet today- she said that she's 80% sure that it's the Taste of the Wild, but it could also be parasites. So tomorrow we are going to run a couple different fecals to rule out parasites. So I'm looking for a new food for Zuna, something a little lower in protein and fat. I saw the Timberwolf foods and there are a few varieties that have lower fat content than the TOTW (I mixed the pacific and high prairie, so it's about 28% protein and 17% fat). Has anyone used this and liked it? I'm going to have to order it because my dog food store doesn't carry it- so I want to know from experience if it's any good. Let me know!

Did you get the test results and were able to rule out parasites?

I've heard of Timberwolf, but never tried it. What % range of protein and fat are you trying to find? What other foods are available that you might consider?

We were using Timberwolf organics Ocean. I liked it, but the local distributor was apparently unreliable and the local store stopped carrying it.

Wilson is currently on Eagle Pack Holistic Select fish based version and he seems to be doing well. I am really hoping someone locally will pick up Wellness Core Ocean variety as I would like to switch to that. We tried a small bag, but they don't carry the large size Crying or Very sad

I posted this a little bit ago-- do be aware that they had a recall recently:

Elsa did pretty good on it--some made her a bit more gassy than others though. Rolling Eyes
