week two of tuck's pretty pink cast. :)

I thought i would let ya'll know how Tuckers doing. It's week two of the broken leg..with his pretty pink cast. Smile

He's back home with me, and i'm driving back and forth for new casts and such. This last cast change (saturday) was horrible. Somehow, even with me wrapping it up like no tomorrow every time he goes out, he got it wet. I'm sure you've all smelled a human cast of some sort, well put that smell on a puppy who wants to play outside in the mud. I can handle all kinds of sights and smells but when my uncle took his cast off i almost lost it. So he's definitely a stinky boy.

He also only acts like himself for a couple hours of the day. He still wants to play but its not near as much as he does normally. He spends most of the time sleeping on the couch with his cast up in the air like "LOOK AT MY BROKE LEG, MOMMA". I guess hopping around on three legs wears a little weim out..

But my uncle said his break was healing wonderfully. We're hoping he gets it off in a couple of weeks. We're doing another xray wednesday!

And maybe he's not going "oh my broken leg." Maybe he's saying "Mommmm, why do I have to be PINK?" Laughing
