Frozen peanut butter kongs is a very common dog treat to keep a dog busy in their crate while their owners are gone for a large portion of the day. Frozen makes it harder for the dog to get it out so keeps them busier. Go to Kong's website, they have some great recipes. Too much peanut butter may upset your dogs stomach initially, just due to it being on the fatty side. I usually put a little bit of peanut butter around the inside and then stuff the kong with a couple of biscuits and carrots, then top it off with a bit of peanut butter. You can also freeze yogurt. Lots of different things you can try.
