We have 5 dogs coming up from the Weimaraner Rescue of the South.
There is transport arranged for as far as Roanoke, VA.

We need transportation for them from Roanoke, Va to the Delaware Memorial Bridge (or as close as possible).

The transport will happen either this weekend or next weekend.

I personally can commit to drive from my place and meet up with someone if we can get the dogs to the DC area which would be @ 3 hours for me (or anywhere within 3 hours of the philly area). Also if any of you NJ crew are up for a road trip..Id love the company in picking the dogs up..especially if I end up having to jam pack multiple dogs in my car Shocked

So anyone from VA, DC, MD area willing to do a leg of transport for some of these dogs so we can get them into Tri-State??

Please let me know.

JL

ps- Im the new Foster and Volunteer Coordinator for Tri-State so if you would like to be added to the volunteer list please PM me with your contact information. We are working on updating our old list and hopefully having some more communication with potential foster homes and volunteers in general.

I'm in Roanoke. This weekend we'll be out of town, but next weekend I could do a leg in the AM after I get off work. Let me know if I can help.

Im unavailable this weekend as well...so I would be looking to transport the following weekend. Could you PM me your contact info so I can send it to the person who is coordinating the transport?

Hi,
So which weekend are we talking about? I live in MD and even though life is pretty crazy right now i might be able to help. I have a Nissan murano so i do not think i can fit more than two dogs in the car.

We were told at our meeting on Tues that WRS will not be needing TSWR's help so I think the need for transport volunteers has been called off...

Thank you though, for your kind offers.
