| Can anyone recommend some good weim training books that cover just about everything. Or do you think classes would be a better way to go? thanks |

I'm sorry I don't know of any good books. One benefit of the classes is the chance for socialization. Also the dogs learn to be obedient even when there are a lot of distractions and other dogs around. Personally I learn better hands on.

Anything by Ian Dunbar
But do go to classes, it's far better. They can tell you if you are sending wrong signals to your dog. Also the point about hands-on, socialization, distractions as pointed out by WeiMe is dead-on.. |
