We get to move again. It is gonna be weird going from the west coast to the east. But my dogs are good travelers. And they stay at my inlaws after we stop at their house on the way. to stay for a few weeks till we get on housing on post. Then I go back with 3 kids and get them:) That return trip is always fun... we are moving to fort benning in Ga I am just glad to be getting out of the placce that is stuck in the middle of nowhere. We won't be moving till next summer but still good to know in advance.

I can sympathize with the moving, next week we will be moving our 6 year old Weim overseas to Switzerland. I have a stack of paperwork that I have had to fill out, had to have her microchipped twice and because of the fact that she has a docked tail I have to prove that she is our personal property and that we are not importing her to be breed. Switzerland considers tail docking animal cruelty so they normally don't allow dogs with docked tails across their borders unless you are moving there. So hopefully no one will make mean comments about it otherwise I have seriously considered getting her a prosthetic tail :D I am really not looking forward to putting her in cargo but there is no other way, so I just have to hope for the best. One nice thing is that Switzerland is very dog friendly, they are allowed on trains and in many restaurants and shops.

I have loved every new home I moved to. The moving itself sucks. I hope I never have to do it again. Besides, moving this house would be almost impossible. John has way too much stuff.
