Funny! My husband and I have actually talked about going further south of the city and picking up some land with lots of acres!!!! Because we want to help more weimaraners.... then I woke up and realized we can barely afford our mortgage here... I am with you guys! Wish I could help this fellow weim owner.... uggghhhhh hard to swallow......... We need a weimaraner plantation! Wouldn't that be cool? A section for all the unwanted seniors to live out their lives in a awesome sanctuary.. A puppy area to train... an obedience center for the wild ones... and the adult section to put the tweens in their place...... WOW its getting late...obviously I am getting a bit loopy... |

AmazingGrayce....I'm/we're looking for an adult, female, longhair. If one ever comes in please let me know first please.
BTW Lynn, off topic, Are you all sure of Miss Ashley's age? The doc and us are almost certain she has to be older than six, My best guess is 8 or 9 at the youngest. She is now almost all white in her chin and muzzle. That's awful young to be so white.
Also, the longhair wiem goes for any rescue out there, if anyone knows of one please let me know. I should have taken the one this past spring, she was a beautiful dog. |

I of course don't know your dog Ashley but I will tell you my dog Lady will be 7 years old the end of this month and has had a white around her muzzle for over a year. Had her since she was a small pup. Was she brought in as a stray? |

Hey Kris DC weim rescue had one, but now i do not see him in there anymore. He was adorable and only 1 1/2 yrs old, i think. Sorry...  |

I will have to Julie about this. Scout has had a white muzzle since he was four. I will check with Julie and let you know. |
