I plan on running with Zane, too. I was going to wait until he was older but now that I've seen this post I'm thinking that I'll start soon, maybe even this week! He's 8 1/2 months old/80 lbs. I'll only do up to a couple miles max at a time to get him used to it.
Zane gets very nervous seeing the cars coming towards him, and is nervous at night regardless of which direction they're coming from, so we'll go with the flow of traffic during the day. We have winding sidewalks several feet away from the road in our community though so it's not bad because you're not right next to the cars. |
