i finally got the salmon oil in the mail yesterday, and i put it in the water, since i read lots of you put in their food and they didn't like it. tommy went crazy, he loved the water! we had to stop him because he was drinking like a maniac. but boy does it stink! it's terrible!!! i had to wash my hand million times!!!  |

What kind/brand of salmon oil did you get? The one we have isn't stinky, there is just a slight odor. But I know some people are more sensitive to smells than others.
How are you storing it? We keep ours in the refrigerator (especially in warmer months) so that it stays cool. I wonder if that would make a difference? |

| Heh yah it's smelly. We have "Grizzly Salmon Oil" for Rosie on occasion - it's more of a treat for her or when we feel she hasn't drank enough (usually not a problem - she's always begging for more water) |

i forgot the brand. i bought online at petsmart. it's a big white bottle. omg!!! it stinks so bad!!! but they love their water!!! oh by the way, i hate fish, so maybe that is why it stinks bad for me!  |

| You put the salmon oil in their water?? I tried putting it on their food. They seemed to like it fine, but I was worried that the oil might make their poop runny--they usually have poop issues! How often do you give it? Daily? |

| i put it in their water first, and now i put it in their food. they love it!!! i put few drops every other day. their coat improved so much in two weeks!!! totally different coat. it worked wonders for them! |
