It's on my old website so was already there.
This was a nice show for me since both judges are also AKC judges and Patti Long-Smith of course an AKC judge and long time Weim breeder. |

Wait, I thought the AKC considered it a minor fault...? Anne, could you clarify...I'm all confused.
Sorry headweim1, my mistake. |

Candra,
Yes technically you are right it is considered a minor fault in AKC shows but in reality no one really cares all that much about it. |

Oh, I thought so...but I was all sorts of confused...LOL!
Hey, so does that mean I can show Danni now? HAHA!
The only thing that meets standard is her eye color...but everything else is....uhhh.....well, makes her unique! I luv her though! |

| Yeah, at the handling seminar that I went to just the week, there was a Weim with a longer tail. The people thought that she would be disqualified but the "instructor" basically said that it's not a big deal and most judges won't take off for it. |

| Yeah, Holly's tail is only 4- 4 1/2 inches. I don't think it matters either way. |

| What about a chipped tooth? How much will that affect a score, or will it disqualify a dog completely? |

The tail should be about 6 inches.
A chipped tooth isn't a big deal. |
