I know a bunch of you are attending. I need some volunteers to assist in selling raffle tickets during the large dog session. You will not need to sit at a table to do this..I just would ask that you carry them around and ask around if people want to purchase raffle tickets.
Also is willing to volunteer to spend some time under the weim rescue tent if needed that would be great as well. Its such a short time and there are so many of us I was hoping we could even just split it into 20 minute time slots for people to man the tent. It may turn out that we dont even need people under the tent...its going to be set up riight on the deck next to the pool so as long as we keep an eye and if it looks like someone is hanging by the tent and might have questions someone can just zoom in and take over. Also if u want to come out for the small dog session and sit under the tent with ure weims that would be great too. so far we really dont have that many registered for small dog so it may turn into a large dog session as well who knows.
ahhhh I cant believe its soo soon. Im so excited but so nervous for it as well. |

I was thinking of doing the same type of thing... setting up and circulating. If people wasnt to take samples, they can and if someone wants to "buy" something, they can find me or Chris or my mom. I'm sure Chris will pop by the rescue tent, too
I was thinking it might be more laid back like the picnic was as opposed to Loreal. (Didn't Julie set up the booth and people just donated based on honor system or wait to buy at the end?)
I think it's gonna be GREAT! And hey... I'm working at RS tonight and I just scored a pair of Betsey Johnson sunglasses I can donate to the raffles. Think someone would bid on them??? |
