I love it when....

I love it when I pull up to the dog park and Gracie makes these happy noises. Then she bursts to the gate and looks for all of her fury pals. When she finally enters, she makes her rounds to greet people and dog friends, tail wagging the whole while! Very Happy

I love it when Daisy actually listens to me and leaves the kitchen while I"m preparing food. She will sit patiently in the doorway, waiting for a little handout.

Another incredibly fun thing is watching her run full bore down the hill at our little municipal ski area....she tears down the hill with such joy. Of course, if she can't find me, she comes running back to look for me. How can you not love that?

And, anytime she gives my 8 year old a big sloppy kiss, I just can't imagine not having her.

I love it when Starr is so tired she can barely keep her eyes open but she still insists on fighting it just because she wants to be around me.

Ok...I have two, I also love it in the morning when I get up for work and Starr is still sleepy and stretches way out and rolls on her back and wiggles back and forth. She just makes me smile...all my dogs do.

I love it when Scooter wants to play with Sadie he will lay under her and start nibbling her legs like a corn-cob! He's such a weirdo...but sooooo cute.

I'm new here and hardly ever post but I can't resist this one.

I love it when Mindy is running and her ears flop up and down with every stride she takes; Razz

and when she plays with Hans, her hair stands up on her shoulders, her rear and the very end of her tail! She looks so mean Twisted Evil

But we know she's not.

I love it when I pull into the yard and look up and see my Jake in the dog room window waiting for me.

I love the mornings when we are home by ourselves and all in the big king size bed and I give them some quiet love before getting up.

I love when we all settle down for the night and each one lets out their long peaceful sighs.

Hannah goes and knocks the kids bedroom doors open to check on them before she settles in with me for the night.

There are so many things I love about her there is just no way to list them all!!!

I love:

When they fall asleep standing up.

Indy's hilarious snores (louder than my husband's!).

Cooper's insistence that we put a blanket down before he will cuddle on the couch.

Indy's crazy little tail - I swear one day she will helicopter into the sky she wags so fast.

Cooper's loud groans as he stretches.

The way they move in unison when they search for rabbits in the grass - like watching a synchronized swim team or school of fish.

I love it when...

I come home to Zehen's tail wiggling 50 miles an hour, even when I've only been gone 20 minutes.

He climbs in bed with me and stretches out next to me with his head on the pillow with me.

I love the fact that I was persuaded to get our first Weim, then a second and a third. Now, we only have 2, but thats fine as well (for now). I love everything they do, whether good or bad. I love my grey & blue furkids.

VERY cute guys!

I love it when...

I get home and Sage runs around in circles in search of a toy to bring me before she can come say hello

I look out the window and all three are laid out on the brick patio sunbathing (and come to say hi when they catch me looking!)

Maya comes to "thank" me with a slobbery kiss after she finishes every meal

I love it when they get that look of pure joy and when they are just so proud of themselves--even if something nasty is involved! Very Happy

I love it when Nena gets under the covers during the night and gets as close as possible, when my knees are bent and she rolls herself up in a ball and fits right in there.

I love it when Gunther lays at my feet when I'm at the computer, he moans and sighs and snuggles close. Very Happy
