Post subject: NEED WEIMARANER RESCUE GROUP-OWNER IS SHOOTING HIS DOG

Does anyone know of a rescue group that would take in a 3 year old purebred Weimaraner that is neutered, up to date on his shots and needs a new home?
I was called by a friend of mine who said his buddy came in from NJ and brought his dog and wanted him to take it out back and shoot it. He couldn't do it so he contacted me. I have a week to find this dog a Weimaraner rescue that will take him in. He is coming back into NY to visit again and said he wants the dog gone by then.
I have a rescue, but I am full!! I cannot help this dog. Anyone??? Please help.
