so after a ridiculous amount of cash at the vet we found out that Icarus tore the tendon partially from his elbow! first our vet said there's nothing wrong after doing the xray he didn't see anything. so we took a trip to a specialist and they did further xrays and we finally found this out and luckily he won't need surgery and it will fix itself with routine leashed walks and a little r&r. which is damn near impossible with an 8 month old weim! but we'll get through it and have him romping in no time. i'm just happy to hear he'll be fine with hopefully no long term affects. |

Great news!!! Will he be prone to this happening again?
I know when my Lab strained his ACL, we were told he was prone to have it repeat itself. |

That is wonderful! Hope his leg gets better real soon! Bet finding out what it was, really took some stress away.
