| so my friend got a weim on Thursday and she gave her a bath and now she has a rash,and alittle discharge from her girly part. i told her she may be allergic to any her new food or the shampoo that she used i know they have very sensitive skin I'm i right.or could there be something else she should worry about something else she just needs some advice.can she give her benidryl and if so how much shes 12 weeks |

| I would give her a bath in a shampoo for sensitive skin. If the rash doesn't go away or gets worse, she may need a trip to the vet- which your friend should be doing soon anyway for puppy boosters. Benadryl is OK to give- rule of thumb is 1mg per pound of body weight. May want to check in with your vet though first. |

| A rash on her "girly parts"? The discharge is likely puppy vaginitis and is totally normal with young puppies. If the rash is also on her girly parts and looks a bit like pimples, also don't worry about it. They are kinda sloppy when they're young and first learning how to clean themselves so they get those little bumps. |
