Oh my what a lucky girl! She really is healing well those will be all healed in no time and probably won't even have much of a scar. Looks like you had a wonderful vet who sutured her up Exclamation Heart

That is GREAT... I am so happy for Peyton. I wish my Max would have made it after being hit by a car. The dumb dumbs around here think our road is a drag strip. the speed limit is 45 they run 65-70 through here.
I have complained to the Sheriffs Dept. Several times still nothing.

God Speed Peyton! Wink

Nice to see Peyton so doing well. A word of warning however, be ready for the drama queen.

When my first weimaraner Heidi broke one of her front legs (cracked bone actually) she was in a splint for several weeks and limped around. All this time she got a lot of sympathy (appropriate) and would hold up the hurt paw and whine piteously to get a handout from the dinner table, poor baby.

This practice continued long after the leg healed and the splint was gone. Occasionally she would mess up and hold up the wrong paw.

Glad she is doing better. Swelling has gone down a lot as well. She will be back to 100% in no time.

I'm so glad she's healing nicely!!!

I hope she's not in too much pain and that she's being spoiled rotten!
