| Hello everybody. Gunnar and I are new to the site and I just love to see that there are so many others that are devoted to their weim like I am. Any way I was just wondering about Gunnars size. He just turned 8 months and he is 25" tall and weighs 61lbs. From everyones experience, will he get much taller ? Iknow he will probably pack on some weight with age but do the weims continue to grow in height after 8 months? |

| I'm not an expert but typically weims will reach their adult height by 1 year and continue to fill out until they turn 2. |

He shouldn't get a whole lot taller...maybe an inch or two. Weight should increase a fair amount, and that won't stop till he's around 2. They're pretty gangly and take awhile to really fill out.

| I've wondered about this too... Zehen is almost 7 months old, about 27 inches tall and 70 pounds. Mom was LITTLE (only 60lbs) but Dad was massive. I'm wondering where he will stop. |

| Icarus is the same he's 25.5" tall and 61 pounds at 7 months. when he was younger he was growing so fast i thought he would turn into a beast but the last month or 2 he's slowed down dramatically. |

Duke is 1 on Monday 
I don't know how tall he is cause he won't stand still long enough for me to measure  but he weighs about 80 lbs and he sure doesn't look like he's really gotten any taller in the last month or two. He is filling out and gaining weight though. I think you can gauge their size based more on the parents sizes. Dukes Mom weighs 65 lbs and Dad weighs 85 lbs so I'm expecting him to be in the 85 lb range. Gracie's parents are about the same weights and she is alot smaller than Duke weighing in at 60 lbs at 9 months old and alot alot shorter. I'm expecting her to be in the 65 lb range like her Mother. |
