I had just cleaned Coopers ears day before yesterday, today one of his ears has that dark brown stuff again. He only has it in one ear.It doesn't really smell and he is not scratching it at all.
What do you guys think?
Could I use something like apple cider vinegar?
Any suggestions?

I actually see the difference already. I only had apple cider vinegar at home at that time,so I have mixed it with water and cleaned his ears. It's already on day 3,and so far I don't see that brown kaka Very Happy .
I should probably do it again, just in case.

Are you already feeding him yogurt too? This has gotten rid of any sign of yeast infections in all 3 of my dogs. They've been infection free for 2 years now and they used to get them every few months. Woohoo for yogurt!

Omit the water from the recipe. Just use equal parts vinegar and alcohol.

I've been using this for years. I like it much better than the stuff you buy at the vet's because it doesn't have that sickly perfume smell that the commercial stuff has.
