| Hi all. I'm new to this site and stumbled across it by accident, but I'm glad I did. I have a one year old Weim and love her to death (even though she is crazy most of the time). I do have one question that I'm not sure if any of you have discovered on your Weims. My girl gets red spots on her underbelly close to her hind legs where there is not much fur. It seems to go away after a while and every now and again it comes back. It doesn't seem to bother her, but I wasn't sure what it was. Anyone else ever see this? |

You might want to post this under Health or General, i doubt anyone will come here to look at it.
Mine gets the same thing and i think its from him sitting out in the grass. |

| sounds like a contact allergy. try benadryl (25mg if she's less than 50lbs, 50mg if she's more than 50lbs) next time before she runs in fields. |

My 1 year old male Fooky gets this. But it bothers him and he licks it like a maniac. the vet gave me some benedryl spray and whenever he has breakouts i spray him and it goes away. my female does not get it but Fooky gets it at least once every 2 months.
Must be from something outside. That's the only thing i can think of. |
