Just wanted to share my handy work. I built a flight pen for my training quail. It's 33"x 48"x 48". I still have to build the nest box that will attach to the back of the pen. I think it turned out great so far as all I had for plans was a picture in my head. Gus even gave it his approval.

| Looks good. To help keep their flight muscles in good shape, build a shelf in the top and place water up high and food down low, or vice versa. It keeps the birds flying. |

Well here it is the completed Quail House or Quail Condo as my dear wife calls it. I still need to add some perches but that is about it.

| Well those are hard to find. You start with a sack and walk along saying here quail, they will jump into the sack...Oh wait those are Snipe's....I got my quail a few days after those pics were taken. I have tried to get a pic of them but they are rather camera shy. Thanks for the good coments. |

That is very cool. John grew up in a small twin house in Northeast Philadelphia. He used to raise quail in the city....the neighbors hated him  |
