Yeah, and he's also been listed as pending for about a month.
It's a shame. I know MWR won't take him at this point. I wonder if any other weim rescues would take him? |
Do you think they listed him as pending because they thought you were going to keep him or is that their way of getting someone to hurry up and adopt him? He is a beautiful boy. I wish Indian was closer. I bet I could convince him to take him.... |
hehe, oh yeah, Ashley and Steele would put little ol' Bo into place!!!!!!!
I just got an email from another volunteer/weim owner. She's fostering him now and taking him to a meet-n-greet on Friday. I just pray they know what they're doing . If I find out he's going to a home with kids, I'll be asking for advice about that, too. At this point, he does NOT belong in a home with children. |

| From what you are describing I'm not sure I'd want to work with that rescue anymore. Rescue people are busy and sometimes it does take time to get responses, I personally have a real issue with rescues that try to place dogs that have bitten in the past. MWR is reputable, I'd put my efforts in with them..... |

I won't be working with them anymore. The only reason I did it was because if I didn't foster him, he was going to the pound because they had no one else to foster him. It scares me to think that they may not take what happened very seriously and next time it could be worse. He should NOT be going to a meetngreet tomorrow. |
