WOW! You described our situation EXACTLY! Our next door neighbor has three girls of their own and watches two more. And let me tell you they SCREAM!!! Now we just had a baby a few weeks ago and shes up all night so we have to sleep when we can and theyre out there everyday at 8:00. Its been a problem since we bought the house last year and now the situation is about to come to a head.
Now i know kids are loud and crazy, but if those were my kids out there at that time and I knew my nieghbors had a newborn next door, you can bet your *bum* Id be out there telling them to quiet down. Its just respect, that simple. |

| I don't have any advice, but I also have some issues with my neighbor. I don't get along with her...I don't even speak to her. Anyway, I live next to the city park and they just layed a cement walking trail around it which runs next to the alley behind my house. Her kids think they own it, but it doesn't matter. The issue is I kennel Kasper outside at times (weather permitting) and her kids and some other kid that she plays with stick their fingers in his pen trying to pet him. Do I need to put up a Beware of Dog sign on his pen? Talk to the kids or the parents and tell them if he bites them that I am not responsible since their kids are in a sense possibly antagonizing him. I don't think he would hurt a soul, but a dog is a dog and you never know what could happen. I'd hate to loose my dog because of her careless bratty children getting bitten! |

I can't see how you can lose a dog when the dog is INSIDE your own property and the kids are taunting him! Ugh sometimes I wish kids like that would get bitten as a lesson. Don't scold me for this but I do, some kids are so heartless and annoying - they need a lesson! |
