Finally a happy ending - I have tears in my eyes just thinking that not only would someone chain a dog to a tree, but padlock it too. The poor dog didn't stand a chance and you saved him. Thank you.

OMG, I am sooooo happy you found him!! I can't believe that dog was Suede. But I am so glad it was him.

Well, we needed a happy ending today. Please, Amy, give him a hug for me. I am so happy, I could cry.

AW, thanks everyone. When I do this I have to feel the heat at home, but it's so worth it.

My husband bitches because I have to drive somewhere and pick up a dog and that I'm out "wasting gas" putting up flyers and he doesn't want anymore dogs in the house right now...blah, blah, blah.

But then when I tell him it's Suede and I'm taking him back to the owners house so they can confirm it's him he says to me "You better not leave him there. You better bring that boy home with you!" Then when we get home he's lovin' on him and saying "I missed you boy!" LMAO...I married a strange one Rolling Eyes

I'm going to post some pictures of him in the rescue section in a few minutes! He actually looks better than when I picked him up at the shelter in November. He was too heavy back then. He looks like he's lost maybe 20lbs.

Reading 6 pages of Suede's story was like watching an action movie! Phew!
