We just picked up these boys today from their foster mom, they are the best dogs ever and we love them already! They are 5 yr old males who grew up as outside dogs, but they are very loving and happy to be inside. They are laying right behind me now after a long day of exploring the backyard and a nice long walk around the neighborhood. I've learned a lot in the last few days reading posts and I'm sure to learn much more in the coming weeks.
Here are some photos, we just got home from our walk. As you can see, they need to lose a bit of weight!

I think I saw them on Northern Cal Weim rescue, JJ and Roo, is that them? Thor and Odin, I love the names

Yep, it's JJ and Roo.
We are adjusting well and learning each others routines. Odin is my shadow, Thor still likes to spend more time outside away from the hyper human children though.
My first project is to train them to walk better, they are pullers. |
