Hello everyone I just found this site and wanted to join. Thought I'd say howdy to all you fellow Weim lovers! We recently lost our precious boy back in March It has been very difficult and we are still just crushed. Our home will never again be the same without our precious Kooper.
I'm looking forward to reading/sharing weim stories with y'all. God bless!
This is a picture of our boy Kooper~~ he is greatly missed

Hi! I am new here to.
Did Kooper have a My Space page? If so, I think my Weimaraner, Starr was pals with him and I was very touched by your story and loss of Kooper. |

Thank you all for your kind comments on our precious boy. And to Christina, yes...Kooper does have a Myspace page ( I don't have the heart to delete it) and yes I know who Starr is! You shared very kind & thoughtful words to me during a most difficult time.
It is still very hard to deal with. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't still look for his floppy ears runnin' at me when I get home. He was so much a part of our lives its heartbreaking. We have one blanket that he loved to cuddle with us on the couch with that still has his smell. I usually have to sniff it once a day. I've still not been able to move his things... its too hard. His bed is still lying by the fireplace, his chewed up sock & bone still lying on it. His crate & things are right as he left them. I know that might sound crazy but I just can't remove it.
We have been discussing the possibility of getting another but we are still a little afraid I guess. That and in our area Weims are very hard to find. We just miss our boy so much~~ another Weim will never take his place but we love Weimies so much and they just add so much to your life that we can't imagine not having one (or more) in our lives. I guess if we are meant to have another we'll find one.
Thanks again and I'm glad I came across this group! |

Welcome to the group! I'm very sorry to hear about your boy, he is very handsome. I'd keep his MySpace page up as a tribute to him if I were you.
Stick around her long enough and I bet you will find a Weim or a Weim will find you without even looking. |
