I was actually working to bring him into rescue when he turned up in the Butler County Shelter. His rotten owners didn't want to complete our paperwork so they just dumped him at the shelter. I have emailed the shelter with my contact info and did get a response back saying that he is available on the adoption floor. I am going to e-mail them again and see if they want our help placing him. I think Kelly and Chris should go get him... I have to do the right thing, and take in one more (at least).
