I just found this product - called the DreamWalker. Has anyone tried this? I am trying to ween Mischa off of her prong collar and every time I switch to a regular collar she pulls. I know this is my shortcoming, but not sure how to fix it. If it works, it sounds great, but it is quite costly. Feedback please?

it seems as if it "holds" them back from the shoulder.. i an sure it involves some kind of uncomfortable result for the dog.. otherwise they would just keep pulling. i have seen other products like this in stores..
i have posted before about the sporn no pull harness i was using and hooch's limping.. that got tight around the armpits and across the chest..
i do believe there was a correlation between the 2..
i'd be curious to see how it works for a weimy lover.. keep us posted if you decide to try it out..

I've never tried this particular one, but I did try another no-pull harness on Yukon and not only did he not like it (it rubbed his stomach and under his front legs raw) but he could still pull. We've been using the prong collar for a few years when we walk around the neighborhood. When we go hiking or to a park where he'll run off leash then we don't put the prong on him. It's the only thing that seems to work with him.

We have the prong collar, I just feel like lately we are back sliding a little bit. She doesn't pull terribly, but she definitely doesn't have a loose leash all the time like she used to. I don't want to dead neck her and I guess I was hoping I would be able to start weening her off by now. Maybe, I just had unrealistic expectations Smile
