| I will try not to bring you all down with this first post. We lost our best friend yesterday after an accident. He was 4 and the best thing in our lives. The pain in my heart is extreme, as well as the emptiness in our home. This website makes me feel closer to him, so I am going to post and read and hope to find a new friend before too long. |

when ziggy left us after more than 14 years, she sent us lakshmi when we were done with the first part of our grief. |

I am so sorry. Please don't feel bad about mourning your boy. We have a special section for that. The Land of Golden Trails and Wagging Tails is all about our friends we've loved and lost.
Four is too young and an accident is always very hard. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.
I hope you find a new friend soon. I am glad you found us. |
