| We lost our best friend last night. After a valiant battle to overcome an accident, we had to let him go home. He was with us 4 short years, yet brought the love and wisdom of a lifetime. We shared good, bad, and even the same birthday. We feel as if all the joy is gone from our home. Give your friends extra love tonight for us. |

| Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. We are slowly going through the motions. The mornings are very quiet and sad. Our pug gets up and immediately looks for her friend only to be dissapointed. The tears flow heavily. |

| Thanks everyone. And especialy to those who lit a candle for Howard last night at 7pm. We lit a large candle for him since he was such a huge part of our lives. It was very difficult to blow it out, but we knew we had to. I slept well after that, and saw him in a dream strong and happy waiting for us. I am glad he is ok. Gonna take a while to stop the tears though. |
