| Well the engine is in the car and just needs to be hooked up and run to be checked out for this weekend. The weather is looking good for Saturday as well. Maybe we'll get a race in finally. Which is good, I'm sick of sitting in the shop in my car making vroom vroom noises, The boss lady says its bothersome as well. |

No rain this week .....however....
The new motor spontaneously disassembled itself. Usually not a good thing with internal combustion engines. Soooooooo.... the....eh hum.... creatively built motor goes back in.
The good news is we have the handling of the car down pretty good now. Once we get the mechanical troubles sorted, I'll start to run up front we feel. |

Nope, rained out again. 5 weeks into race season and rained out 3 times...grrrrrrr.
The good news is, Lots of people are seeing the car and asking about tri-state, Wiems, ect. It's hard to ignore a bright orange race car on a trailer parked in the parking lot of Wally world while the owners go rent movies because it's raining! |

FINALLY got a night of racing in this Saturday. Car was hooked up awsome, Then...........blew my front left strut, and the same old throttle sticking problems came back to haunt us as well. Finished 7th in my heat after running as high as 2nd. Started the feature, ran good, but the strut allowing my wheel to bounce all over, throttle alternately sticking half open or full open . I got lapped and decided before I ether screwed up someone elses good run or hurt someone(one of my friends broke his wrist in a crash this weekend in my heat race!) it was probably best to pull it in and call it a night. Sooooooo... we are learning and getting better every weekend. Will not be long before we run up front, The car is fast, all we need to do is catch some breaks mechanically wise.
Also, I need Julie or Lynn to e-mail me A.S.A.P. I may be taking the car to a pet expo in Elmira N.Y. for a display. I need a brochure scanned in and e-mailed to my GF so we can run copy's off. Also more....... |

Nah, We had the rear suspension completely tore down and parts didn't get here in time to race this past weekend. We are hoping to get it back together by this weekend. My truck is now broken as well.
I swear the gremlin that is following us around needs to find another playmate! |

Well we just got back from the track, I had a very good run tonight. The car ran great, the set-up is finally there, and we were fast. I crashed in the feature and wound up 19.......My car has significant damage to the front end. I'll post some pic tomorrow.
It ain't pretty, All I can say at this point is........beer fixes everything.
