Poisonous Plant Warning to all Dog Owners

Wow Welches. I just checked out your link for the poisonous trees. We have an avocado tree in our yard which is currently bearing fruit and my two love to eat the pears. It doesn't seem to cause them any problem so maybe if there were to chew on the tree itself that'd be a different story Confused

I figure after reading the list that on those rare occasions that one of my dogs have vomited in the yard or had diarrhea for no apparent reason it was because they ate on of those plants that causes just vomiting and diarrhea. I noticed that every type of ivy/vine is on the list and we've had it in just about every yard we've lived in. Even now there is some clear in the back by the fence.
