Don't forget to sign up, closing date is April 30th, so you need to sign up by 12:00pm on the 29th. Both an AM and PM Judge on May 16th, there will also be a fun match following for blues, longhairs and puppies.
Who's going to be there?
Logan and I will be seeing you there! |

I'm tempted but I don't have anything to show other than in the fun match and the non regular class for Riley since he's already finished.... |

Ahhh. I understand. It's too bad, though! Logan's litter wasn't nominated for the Futurity so we won't be doing that in, July was it?,
Let me know when you're heading up to Sac for FT's. Logan's starting to get pretty birdy... I wouldn't work him, but I would enjoy coming to watch. I think I may try to get Logan involved at some point....... other than right now! hehehe |

Aww! Thanks for the encouragement, DanniGirl. We'll do it... at some point. hahaha probably after I finish him (in conformation). I also am having a hard time finding a place nearby for this type of training... i also want to do tracking! ) It's fun having such a versatile dog! |

Your welcome!
Good luck with his conformation...I'm sure you don't need it though.
It is fun having a versatile dog...in my case a versatile hunter... |

Oh, no... no, I'll take the luck, if you're giving it! ) He's my first conformation dog. There is a lot more to handling than there appears, at least it looked easy to me. I was wrong!
But thank you -- it's fun at the same time.
Yay for versatile hunters, I'll be picking your brain soon, I'm sure! |

I won't be going up Gas is just getting way too expensive, and I have my house on the market right now -- too much going on....
Get in touch with the Sacto club, I think they are still managing to do periodic field training; they used to do it monthly but am not sure if they still are. I think someone is also planning a ratings test some time... not sure if it's the Sacto club or SF. Arlene M might know or Renee on this forum. Also the Greater Central Valley NAVHDA club got reorganized, might want to check them out, you can contact Rahl H, or maybe Jack S. Send me an email if you want contact info.... |

Thanks Anne! I'll look into it, I'll ask Renee or Arlene about it. I know the SFBWC has training days, I hope to make it one, maybe next month. MAYBE, just maybe we'll get to meet one of these days!
Yeah, I can't wait to see the blues/long hairs, weimies in general! I loved Roxie when I got to meet her. Unfortunately it was right before I went into the ring and Logan loved her a little too much hahaha, so i didn't get to spend much time. I'm looking forward to the Specialty for that reason! Too bad you're so far away.. but, they have the Nationals on your coast this year. Road Island! |
