I have a 1 year old female and would like to add another to my family. If anyone has a breeder or know where to get one please let me know. Looking for a male up to one year. I have already submitted my application to the local Weim rescue so hopefully i can be a safe home to a needy Weim. Thanks.

I recommend the rescue! We got our second weim from a rescue in Missouri, and we drove there from Tennessee! We got her at 10 weeks. She went into foster at 3 days old from a puppy mill. I just can't tell you how great it feels to know you've rescued a weim that needs a home. Most of them are given up by people who didn't realize how energetic they are, but some, unfortunately, are abused and neglected. I get on those rescue sites and look at the pictures of the ones needing a home and my heart just melts! Our third weim will definitely be from a rescue.

I agree, I recommend a rescue. I volunteer for the Louisville Weimaraner Rescue. You can see our little cuties at: www.louisvilleweimrescue.com
