I have a 1 year old female and would like to add another to my family. If anyone has a breeder or know where to get one please let me know. Looking for a male up to one year. I have already submitted my application to the local Weim rescue so hopefully i can be a safe home to a needy Weim. Thanks.

I recommend the rescue! We got our second weim from a rescue in Missouri, and we drove there from Tennessee! We got her at 10 weeks. She went into foster at 3 days old from a puppy mill. I just can't tell you how great it feels to know you've rescued a weim that needs a home. Most of them are given up by people who didn't realize how energetic they are, but some, unfortunately, are abused and neglected. I get on those rescue sites and look at the pictures of the ones needing a home and my heart just melts! Our third weim will definitely be from a rescue.

Not sure if you are aware or not, but this is from the forum rules...
Forum Rules
3) Please do not talk about specific breeders on the forum. If you are a breeder, please don’t talk specifically about your kennels. This reduces the risk of libel and defamation issues and is for the benefit of everyone. It also reduces the risk of confrontations between breeders as well as advertising issues. |

Oh I hope you have found an older Weim they need to be rescued. Well all of them need to be but older ones are sometimes harder to find homes for.

Adoption the best option! Look on petfinder and try and find the closest rescue near you....
