i have a bit of a dark sense of humor... a tad dry too.
this was but a joke.
riley isnt going anywhere - she is too mean to give away at this point!
did the math the other day - at 5 months zoe was 36 lbs. at 4 months, riley was 37.... her feet are very long and slender - big toes - bigger than zoe's. i think she may be 1/4 wolf. |

First and foremost, why did you get her so soon??? She should've stayed w/ her Mom until she was 8 wks.
Second, you asked for a Weim Pup and got one, so DEAL with it. Sorry about having to clean up, replace furniture, etc....... The rules of 'puppyhood'.

| I've told Zane that I'm going to leave him at Petsmart when he's driving me crazy. Of course he'd have too much fun there, so that is out of the question.....I've given up on my empty threats! I could threaten him with leaving him at a grooming salon to get his nails cut all day-now that would be punishment for him! |

ive been taken too seriously more than once.
on the 8 weeks thing... we got her about a week early. she was ok to go, and it fit our schedule well - my wife had a few days off to help her adjust, and Zoe was going into such a fit during the day, despite the DAP and the anti-anxiety medication, I was sure she was going to hurt herself... it was scary coming home every day and not knowing what kind of shape she would be in. given a choice on how life goes, i would rather have not been in that situation to begin with, but we didnt have a lot of say in things. Once we realized what we were facing with Lola it was a very quick 4 weeks before we lost her and found ourselves in desperate need of a companion for Zoe.
as for getting rid of her, believe me, im not letting go of my dog.
you would have to pry her out of my hands... and even then, with a free hand, i would probably start fighting back some more.
here she is a couple of weeks ago... shes the one on the right, happy, healthy, and full of piss an vinager. she stays up until 11pm and is back up at 5am, and does nothing but play in between. drives me nuts daily, but that is what puppies are for!
and yes... at least i didnt crop anyone out! |

I am getting on the bandwagon and offering Riley up to the first bidder. None of this highest bidder crap. You will have to fight my wife off for her, so bring some muscle with you.
She no longer needs to sleep.
Monday evening, she was still cute and napping during the evening.
Tues-Weds nights she took a combined 10 minute nap... terrorized Zoe and I the rest of the time. She is even up and at it in the AM... she is constantly wired! like this...
She bites, has to be DIRECTLY under your feet at all times, pees in the house, poops in the house, chews on EVERYTHING, and terrorizes anything that moves, regardless of its size. She is a bull in a china shop. Gotta love a weimanut.
And to brag a bit... yesterday she actually asked to be let outside to pee!!! it was so fantastic! then she snuck off and pooped inside. she is starting to get it... just a matter of time now. |
Hilarious, I had to call my husband in and read it out loud. |
