I recently started crating my weims again. Chevy will go in her crate without being told, will sleep in there, etc. No problems from her (this time )
Hemi on the other hand has severe issues with the crate. I literally have to pick him up and place him in there. He was getting better.. I could coax him in after about a week. Well, last weekend we had some problems.
Saturday hubby and I went to dinner, right around the corner, and we were gone an hour. I came back to see Hemi standing in pee. This was not little spot, the whole entire crate was covered.
The next afternoon, I went to run a few errands, was back in 90 minutes, same deal. He refuses to sit in his crate. He stands there and cowers/shakes the whole time.
Any suggestions...? |

| We had the same problem, except Luca would drool, drool like you've never seen before. I thought it was pee at first, but it was drool from anxiety. He is good during the week now, but on weekends, he barks the whole time and drools all over. Even if he's exhausted he does it. Its tough, when you've done all that you can do, all you can do is just try to deal with it. |
