The bill has been introduced in ARIZONA! 
House Bill 2516 has been introduced. This bill seeks to prohibit persons from owning or keeping a dog or cat that is more than six months old if the animal has not been spayed or neutered, unless the person has acquired an intact permit for the animal, has been introduced.
It is important that you let your legislature and representatives know how you feel about this unreasonable bill (guess you know how I feel).
