I mix a couple tablespoons in w/ her food. If some of the food is covered in yogurt and some isn't - She'll leave the un-yogurted food in the bowl.

Yeah so now I have to make sure EVERY piece has yogurt on it or else she'll leave it. If everything is covered she'll even lick the bowl, almost clean.

Last night since it was Champs birthday, I mixed about two tablespoons
of yougurt with about 2 tsps of penut butter and gave it to him as his
birthday cake. I sang Happy Birthday to him and he kept turning his
head sideways and I couldnt keep a straight face singing. I gave it to
him as a snack before we went to bed. He licked the bowl clean.

we freeze fat free yogurt in ice cube trays and give that as a treat. They sell Fat Free plain yogurt, but reading this reminds me I should check out the sugar content (and other additives).

ok..you all are making this WAY too hard on yourselves. Why don't you all just buy probiotics. These are the ones I give my dogs . These are tiny, it shouldn't be a problem for your dogs to swallow them.

Personally, I feed Luna Kiefer because she likes it. It's nice to freeze in her Kong as a healthy treat! Very Happy

I like the idea of freezing the yogurt in ice trays. I will do that.
He seems to settle down pretty good at night after we have our
"midnight snack' before we go to bed. I recently have swithched
him over to two feedings a day, leaving out the lunch one.
Which is pretty nice, cause now when I come home for lunch,
I let him out in the back lot of my property and he runs for about
30 minutes, chasing birds, squirrels, ect ..... So now we have
extra time together.

I am not sure what Kiefers is or anything about probiotics? I dont
have a whole lot of money so if I can get it from Walmart, that
is just fine with me.
