I saw this and wasn't sure if it belonged here or on the thread about how much we've spent on our pets.

Great idea but the cost .......

yogurt makes great frozen treats. Sorry she is giving you the terrible twos, methinks it is attention she is craving. My boy miles is fixated on food, he won't get on counters with me around but will openly stand on them next to the wife (really need to get her trained Rolling Eyes ). After dinner before we clean kitchen he'll sit in there just staring at the magic stove waiting for his cut.

Toilet water, annoying sound and splashy. Tried thinking of something to spike it with but can't. Sorry your plate is so full, good luck.

That cat station is cool, but my dogs would have it on it's side in no time, especially if kitty was in there!

Toilet water is like crack to dogs. Once they realize that there is a source of water that is always cold, the dish on the floor seems like a sucker's deal.

Couldn't you just keep the toilet seats down, but the bathroom doors open? The little ones can flip a toilet seat up, no? Unless the dog has taught herself that trick too, then you might be SOL. Confused

As for the kitty litter issue . . . same deal. The phosphorous in kitty food, therefore, kitty poop, is like a magnet for pooches (or so I was told when I first encountered the issue). I used to keep the litter in the bottom part of a china cabinet type thing that had sliding panels for doors, and only left it open enough for kitty to get in. Perhaps you could hatch a similar plan? Or perhaps put the litter under a bed; placing a "barricade" of sorts, around it with boxes or something? Extra storage, AND better dog breath! It's win win! Laughing
