I won't tell you what I've spent on my pup because I'd rather not know myself, but I tease him that he's my house.  Mostly vet bills .. in the last 2 months, he's had x-rays (for a limp that went away the next day - but I am a worry-wart and wanted to be safe), a root canal, a few vet visits, and is going to the chiropractor next week. Yikes .. it is better if I don't list it out.
However, he loves cardboard tubes - so I always have a fun present for him. And he has a nose for them. If I am downstairs and use up the last of the paper towel and he is upstairs, he is by my side instantly - excited as can be. |
