Colt is peeing in his crate if I leave him for longer than about three hours. I had a "me" day at the salon today. I was gone for five hours...he peed in his crate. Two days ago, I had some horse related stuff to do that took me away for about five hours as well, and he isn't sleeping longer than four-five hours at night before he whines to go out and potty....
The good news: He loves his crate. He'll crawl in there and sleep anytime he can. He doesn't have separation anxiety at all. Sterling used to pee in her crate if I left her in there for ten minutes!
I guess I'll have to put his crate in the kitchen and let him have run of the kitchen like I did her until he learns that his crate is his house and not his toilet 
He's such a good boy otherwise...My bf even remarked on how good it is that I am so patient with him....I told him that I've been through just about everything with the devildog, Sterling, and Colt is a piece of cake! 
He's also VERY jelous that all four of my dogs follow me around from room to room and go CRAZY if they can't find me. He says they all sit at the window when I leave and "mope" until I come home..hehe |

OH you are sooooo lucky! I want a "me-day" which includes 5 hours at the spa  (<-me, green w/envy)!!! |

| yeah..turned out NOT SO GREAT! The guy that did my hair turned it ORANGE!! I have another "me" day tomorrow to have someone fix what he did...I came home and needed a valium |
