| I wasn't talking about importing semen! If I would import a dog and it wouldn't be a puppy as it takes 6 months preparation time plus 30days of quarantine, so I would take an older dog. But if I cannot register it I cannot compete and that's what I really like doing. Maybe there will be some changes in future - LH weren't accepted at the beginning either. |

It's a lot easier to export into the EU countries; there is no quarantine. |

You lie! I was born in London and when my parents moved their they had to give their dog away. There was a 2 year quarantine, they'd be able to visit the dog but not keep it in our home so they gave it to a relative.
Unless it's changed since 1987. |

The UK and Ireland I believe has some quaratine rules, I am not sure exactly but I know it's more strict. So you aren't wrong. I only know about France, Belgium and Germany since those were the countries I looked into sending a puppy. |

I also lived in Venezuala for 5 years and speak Spanish pretty well. My accent depends on who I'm talking to.
The Texan is dominant though. |

Hi Busta Girl,
I know of a girl who just moved to Melbourne from the UK and guess what, she's importing her blue Weim! So as far as I know, that would be the first blue Weimaraner in Australia, right?! |
