| We adopted a weim from the weimrescue.com in July, we lost a weim early this year to Lymphoma and our house was so empty without her here so we decided to adopt from the rescue and I am so glad we did. Presley had a really hard start in life and now he is with us and totally spoiled! He is very sweet, very calm much different from my female weim. He is a total couch potato (as is all my dogs)! I have four other dogs, two mixed breeds, an Italian Greyhound and a Sheltie. I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! |

| cute pictures of the IG's. I need to post some pictures on here, I will try to get that done soon. I got a new camera and I have some pretty good pics of all of my furbabies. It is horrible losing a dog to cancer, Clyda was only six. She fought it as hard as she could until the very end. She did great for 17 months, we did the Madison-Wisconsin chemo protocol and she was able to go into remission two times. The last time when she came out of remission we tried a new protocol and she just couldn't fight it off anymore. The end came swiftly thank goodness, she never felt bad until the very end. The holidays have been hard this year because she was doing so great this time last year, I lost her in May and then lost my 16 year old Min Pin in August to kidney failure. Her birthday was Christmas Eve. I am trying to focus on positive things, because of Clyda I am now very involved with our local weim rescue and we are helping other dogs who are going through cancer treatment. Clyda and Lexus both touched alot of lives and I am trying to remember that. |
