Try an image hosting site like www.photobucket.com. They actually have a setting that sizes you picture for an Avatar. This way the file size is not an issue either.

That worked great for me...very easy. Good tips on the original post for Picasa too. I love Picasa...they are right it's a great way to find pictures you didn't remember that you had and organize all of them.

How do some people put the photes directly on the type box...i mean like it looks like they copy and pasted, that black box that says ( click to view full size image) isnt there. People who do this have such bigger, clearer pictures without having to click on them.

I upload mine on Photobucket. (www.photobucket.com)

They have four resize options. Once you resize it all you have to do is copy the IMG code and paste it here. The picture will look like this on your post:

160x120

320x240

640x480

The way I do that is sometimes a little line appears under the box you type in that says "Add image to post". You click on that and you can upload any photo from your computer. But that link isn't ALWAYS there. Sometimes if you "preview" you will get it. Sometimes you don't get it at all!

I use photobucket and then copy and paste the IMG code into my reply.

GreyGhost i downloaded, changed the image size that all went smooth. The when i tried to attach it where it says add image to post i did and i thought it was there. When i looked at it on the forum it wasn't, just a web site/page or something. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
