Scout finished her Novice Jumpers With Weaves title this last weekend. I am really excited. It is the first AKC title I have ever had on a dog! We had a little issue on the Novice Standard course - Scout wouldn't come out of the tunnels  She just peaked out of the end with a typical weimaraner stare. I don't know why, we had never had that problem she usually zooms right through them! You have to love weimaraners!  The good news is she got over it the next day and qualified well under course time.

They really are amazing dogs, and I am so happy to see people work with their dogs to do something great. |

| WTG!!!! There's nothing like earning your first title. It is awesome to feel such a huge sense of accomplishment. Watch out though, its super addictive!!!! |

Here are a couple more pictures of Scout in competition. She did finish her novice standard title. We are quickly finding out that the Open events are a whole new level of competition! Less faults allowed and shorter course times and now they are really trying to test the dogs. Scout is becoming much more confident so she is working farther from me. This opens a whole new can of worms  If it was easy I guess it wouldn't be a competition.
