Should i be worried Jocko has a huge bump on his head its very hard like bone. What do you think it is??

| Nothing to worry about, it's just the occipital bone. It should be very prominent. My wife calls it the "smart knot" |

| I think it's fairly common in sporting breeds. My brothers golden has a boney skull and Kam's got a bump too! (Jocko is so photogenic! Everytime I get out my camera, Kam tries to eat it!) |

It is where you have been whacking your dog too hard on the back of his head. JK!! Yes, it is bone, specifically the occiput or occipital bone (as someone already mentioned).  I have heard it called a knowledge knot, or a wisdom knot as well. Perfectly normal.
