I've never heard of clicker training. Can someone please tell me about it? It sounds interesting.

I use Alexander Kurland's method for my horses, and Karen Pryor comes highly recommended by Alex for dogs.
Here's a link to Karen's site. There's TONS of information. I would never train another animal without it. It totally encompasses POSITIVE reinforcement in training.

I just started using clicker training with scout as she started agility. I had never used it before. It is great because it lets the dog know the instant they perform the correct behavior and provides a bridge from the behavior to the reward. Scout picked up on the training much faster! Razz
