| It's been so long since I've bathed Kas that he was stinking so I decided to bathe him tonight. That went horrible. My bathtub clogged. So I cleaned his ears and did his nails and then towel dried him and gave him a cow bone. I was unclogging the drain when I heard something and forgot I left my supper out and the little bum had gotten into it...it was beef and noodles...do you think the noodles will make him sick? Should I give him peroxide? All in all it's not the end of the world. It was my fault, but frustrating...I was beginning to be able to trust him...so much for that...LOL |

beef and noodles sound yummy.
he will most likely be fine. were they spicy?
in that case he might get the runs.
lakshmi once ate a few donuts. no problems at all. |

| No they were not spicy, but he has just recovered from having pancreatitis (that's why I was thinking possible needing peroxide)...which I think was caused by Canidae actually, but human food can also trigger such a thing which he doesn't generally have access to. Little rascal anyway! |

| PEROXIDE?? I don't think I could do my dog like that over noodles... Maybe pills or something toxic, but not noodles... My mom gave her dog peroxide after getting a pill off of the floor and it was a violent reaction... I have never seen a violent reaction to anything like that... That stuff is evil when swallowed... |

if you need to make the dog vomit (for something that really needs to come out), take the dog to the vet who will put some meds in the dog's eyes which will cause vomiting without hurting the stomach.
it has to be within 45 minutes.
vishnu once ate the plastic wrap of the frozen dog food, and since he has such a sensitive digestive tract, we took him to the vet. 5 minutes and it was out.
we did not have to have him skip his lunch, since
peroxide can be very abrasive to the stomach and is for emergencies only. i would only give it after consulting with a vet. |

| I don't think there is any concern for the beef and noodles.. call the vet in the morning and ask... honestly I have seen a lot worse going in and out mind you of a weimaraner.... I sometimes think they are related to the Goat! |

| my vet has told me that peroxide is fine to induce vomiting, make sure to add some water with it so it's not too harsh on their systems. But at times that doesn't work. He said the then put table salt on the back of the tongue. He said that works every time. Noodles most likely wont make your dog sick. I give noodles to my dogs often. |
