Crap! Someone wrecked out back, again...I'll have to try to catch a rerun.
On a positive note, I did get to see someone get tasered. I'll tell you what, if I ever get myself into a bad way 2 sentences will stop me no matter what I'm doing. "I'm going to release the dog" and "I'm going to tase you". |

I just watched the episode with Knightly, the 12 year old Weim. I was so thankful that I knew before watching this episode that Knightly was taken by a weim rescue, fostered, and then placed! It absolutely broke my heart to watch this poor old boy so horribly upset and confused after being removed from the elderly couple who cared for him all his life. And who I am sure loved him dearly. I cannot even imagine my two girls (both officially "seniors") being in this situation I know they would be every bit as devastated and lost as Knightly.
If I personally had ever come across an old Weim in a shelter in the circumstances Knightly was, and who might not find another home, I can guarantee the old boy (or girl) would be snoozing on my bed and couch right now! |

It was an awesome show. I love Knightly. I am so glad he found a home. What a handsome old guy.
All three stories were good. Is it me, or does that narrator get on your nerves?? I wish the narration would be more positive. Instead of saying, "If Knightly can't get along with the other dogs, he'll have to go back to the kennel", why can't he say "If everything goes well, Knightly can stay in his foster home". Every single narration is negative until the end of the show. I know it's for the sake of drama, but it was starting to get to me.
Other than that, I absolutely LOVE the show. |

| Not to worry about ol' Knightly. He ended up coming to one of the rescues I work for(NorCal Weim Rescue), was fostered with us for a few weeks, and now has an adoptive home, where he is doing quite well. I met his foster mom a few weeks back while doing another transport. The real question is... will he be there for our Weim Country Gala in November? It'd be cool to get to meet the TV star!. |

When I watched this last night and they said he came from a rescue I figured someone on here had to have known about him! What a small world. Good boy Knightly.
Oh, I loved after the credits roled they showed him trying to jump and grab the mic. So funny. |

My understanding is that he came in from the Oregon rescue, and then ended up with us. My tape cut off the credits, so I didnt get to see that part.
The foster mom told me recently that he's really running the show at his adoptive home. He's a true Weim. |

He was such a sweet ol boy. Just missed his mom and dad. I just wanted to kiss the big ol boy. John said, "Stormy, see you're supposed to be big, like HIM." John calls Storm a fidget, I think he's still going to get taller.
Lynn, yes I agree - you should write the network at letter, tell them to be more positive |
