Started peeing in the house! What the heck!

Just all of a sudden, after months of no housebreaking issues, she's peeing in the house. It's not often enough to be a bladder/health issue (I've spoken to my vet). We let her out several times a day, but the dog gives no indication of needing to go out, something I have never experienced. Every other dog I've owned (a variety of breeds) as whined at the door or stared at it or given some kind of indication of needing to pee.

Any ideas?

The dog needs to be disciplined right way for peeing in the house, then immediately take the dog outside. See if it won't pee again, probably not, because it already has. Take the dog out more frequently, every hour, and praise it with treats when it does pee. Show it how to scratch the door and then take it outside, Keep repeating this
It apparently has slipped back into old habits. Absolutely no water after 7 pm at night

I wasn't sure if I was helpful to you or not. I myself have had that same issue with my dog. It was like he forgot the rules of the house. Must pee outside, must potty outside, must tell me you have to go outside and occasionally, he would have done it on the carpet or rug. I immediately scolded him, and took him outside, where we would just stand around for a while. Eventually he would go to the bathroom again, and of course I praise him with a treat. After a few days of this routine, frequently taking him out. He stopped going to the bathroom in the house, and seemed to remember how the deal was done. For some time now, I have had no problems, that's not to say I won't in the future.
Hope I helped you a little. It seemed Owen and I we were relearning House Breaking 101 all over again!
